Hi. I'd like to share with you a mystery of mine. The mind is fast like the river. Never in the present. It always scattered all over the place. As our planet grows, so is the technology and information. We practically don't notice that the thoughts have become in control of our minds. I'd like to share with you a technique that is very productive to help you unwind, relax and rejuvenate while you're emptying your thoughts and allowing the mind to become still with the breath. I'd like you to practice this at your convenience. Hopefully it will become your everyday routine. It is very simple. I'd like to direct your attention to your own thoughts and detect how fast they are. Try to take as many breaths to each though that you think and eventually with oxygenation of your lungs you will slowly learn how to balance your thoughts and your oxygen level which is beneficial for your blood circulation. Have a good day and keep in touch. Practice and remember a dollar your spend is a dollar that you don't have. A breath that you don't take shortens your life.
